Our Polyurethane Foundation Patch is designed to create a secure taping surface for wigs that do not already feature a skin-safe taping area. Carefully sewn to the underside of the wig, with the shiny side facing out,  it provides the ideal foundation for use with our medical-grade double-sided tape, helping to achieve a firm and reliable hold against the scalp.

These versatile patches can also be trimmed and sewn into additional areas such as the ear tabs or nape for enhanced security and extra attachment points where needed. When used alongside our daily-wear medical-quality tapes, they offer added confidence and stability for comfortable all-day wear.
